Introduction…
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join the UK No.1 specialist of Water Treatment and Water Hygiene. Working as a Senior Account Manager, you will be achieving personal sales targets via a mixture of contract base retention and growth, upselling to existing clients and actively seeking out and converting new clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining Client accounts and responding to requests and compliance issues
- Monitoring performance and raising with Delivery team is issues arise
- Negotiate contract renewals and re-engage lost accounts.
- Monitoring financial KPIs and take action as require to ensure the account remains on budget
- Compile quarterly reviews to track account progress and up/cross-sell opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience of working within the Water Treatment and Water Hygiene sectors
- Strong sales experience including account management experience
- Previous history of exceeding sales targets
- Good negotiation skills
- A full UK driving licence
