We are working with RPOne powered by the Morson Group to support their client Rolls Royce SMR (small modular reactor) in the recruitment of an ECI Integration Manager. Reporting into the Conventional Island Chief Design Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of the EC&I design teams, support them to deliver all aspects of the EC&I design programme for the power station design development. Our client will consider candidates with experience within Oil & Gas, Utilities, nuclear and other Engineering Sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities
As an ECI Integration Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring standardisation of design, including architecture, principles and equipment.
- System Engineering development
- Provide change management, updated and reports
- To be accountable to technical governance within the EC&I area
- Development of modular design solutions
- To provide leadership
- To manage and develop the team where applicable
- Set and manage goals for team
- To identify training needs within the team
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Degree level or equivalent in engineering or transferable discipline
- Full lifecycle experience in EC&I area
- Previous experience in the Nuclear sector, however would consider candidates from a transferable industry.
- Working knowledge regulatory bodies such as ONR and EA
- Leadership exposure across EC&I teams
