The Role
Astute are proudly partnered with a leading international; supplier of enrichment services and fuel cycles products for the civil nuclear industry, they serve utility customers who provide low carbon electricity through nuclear generation. As the Project Planner you will be responsible for the production of project schedules in line with company standards and procedures.


Roles & Responsibilities
As the Project Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Running interactive planning sessions for the development of project schedules
  • Planning project activities as well as schedule development
  • Creating project schedules
  • Ensuring project schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project reflect milestones and activity timeframes from multiple contractors
  • Developing planning activities while ensuring integration of project requirements, deliverables and resources required throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of policies and procedures



Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline
  • Proven experience using Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Experience using PRA, @Risk or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of planning processes and good practice
  • A full understanding of Earned Value and scheduling techniques
