Maintenance Planner
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum plus benefits package

Our client is one of the UK's leading provider of Environmental solutions, offering a full range of Waste and Energy Recovery services through a vast and growing network of Plants and Facilities across the country. As such they are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join their polymers recycling facility in Skelmersdale.

Roles & Responsibilities
As the Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • The total administration, performance reporting and development of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) on site.
  • Managing the spare parts inventory on site and at third party locations, organise parts in and out movements and the raising of purchase orders, administration of contracts related to maintenance.
  • Supporting with maintenance labour requirements, review of the maintenance teams holidays to ensure minimum requirements for labour are met (arranging cover as required).
  • Sourcing of spares and engineering services for planned and reactive maintenance requirements, including the raising and closing of Purchase orders.

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

  • A relevant engineering degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in computer use and the Microsoft Suite of applications

This role would suit a recent engineering graduate looking to further their career within the polymers and recycling industry.
