We have an exciting opportunity at Astute Technical for job seekers looking for an office-based role in recruitment as part of the government's kickstart scheme. We are recruiting for numerous Recruitment Support Assistants to join us and learn how recruitment works in a luxury office environment.
As part of our offering, we can support you in learning how to work in a busy sales environment, how to market yourself and the business to other people and organisations, and how to support others in their own search for opportunities. You will learn the art of lead generation, discover how power, renewable, or nuclear energy work in the UK, and how to recruit people into these environments.
Hours are flexible although must be 25 hours per week.
Full support and training are given from day 1 and there is an opportunity to try various aspects of recruitment while you're with us. All we ask for in return is full commitment and a good attitude to want to work hard and achieve more.
We are based at the Lakeside complex in Cosham with free onsite parking or just a short walk from the train station.
