Hours: Mon to Thurs 8am – 4.30pm Fri 8am – 3.30pm

We require a Technical Account Manager Executive with a great “can do” attitude to work for an Electro-Mechanical Manufacturer based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Your role will involve providing support to potential new customers as they make initial enquiries about a wide variety of products. These enquiries may come via the internet or telephone, and you will look to grow accounts and increase profitability.

You will maintain existing accounts, developing new leads, and maximise the chances of converting these to customer purchases, due to the brilliant customer service they will get from yourself!

The role involves liaising with internal departments with regards lead times and special shipments, and keeping customers informed on project progress. You will provide product quotations, ensure accurate order loading and undertake continuous market and customer analysis.

3. Analysis of order patterns

All applicants MUST have a Technical background, sales experience within an account management environment whilst demonstrating excellent customer service skills
