A Materials Planner / Materials Controller is sought to join a great company in Southampton, Hampshire. Working with cutting edge products, our client develops and manufactures high technology devices, which use a range of materials.
As part of the logistics team you will be tasked with Materials Planning and Materials Control activity, co-ordinating all tasks associated with material management, from supplier scheduling through to production kitting. You will be familiar with Material Controls, ERP systems, Production planning, Stores & material picking and Supply chain processes.
You will be expected to maintain excellent customer service at all times, you will be a creative and innovative character who is able to drive the continuous improvement of business processes and methods towards a lean operational environment.
