ASTUTE’s Water / Waste Division is a preferred supplier to some of the UK’s leading Water Authorities and Environmental Consultancies with Waste expertise. We are proven at delivering high calibre staff to work on both temporary and permanent assignments.

Our work with major Water Utility companies involves the regular supply of Maintenance Engineers, Asset Engineers / Managers and Project Managers, assuming Operational responsibility for our clients. Our candidates have been utilised in a range of roles, including new build Commissioning and ongoing Maintenance on Industrial Water Treatment and Sewage plants.

We also work with large organisations who supply Water Treatment services to the Water sector. As an example this might involve sourcing Risk Assessors, who will visit a facility, and take Water samples. These will then be tested for water borne diseases, and a report submitted to the client.

Our Waste Management team are primarily involved in the supply of Waste Consultants to work for local Government Authorities and Waste / Environmental Consultancies. Typically these individuals would advise on ways to reduce Waste, and suggest methods of Waste disposal, such as Landfill, Incineration and Composting. Such candidates would usually have a thorough knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessments, and be able to advice / assist with Planning Policy.
