Engine Technician/ Service Engineer- Northampton

- Package up to £32,000pa including bonus plus excellent benefits including van Northampton area

Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of renewable electrical power generation. They currently require an Mechanical Technician / engineer to maintain landfill gas diesel engines & site plant that provide power to the local surrounding areas.

As a Mechanical Technician you will be responsible for carrying our planned & preventative maintenance ( PPM ) on reciprocating engines & associated plant to ensure optimum efficiency. You will cover sites across the Milton Keynes/Northampton area

The ideal candidate would be apprenticeship trained or will have relevant experience in maintaining mechanical plant / utilities perhaps being from a marine or ex armed services background. A relevant qualification, preferably at HND/ HNC level would be an advantage.

The successful candidate would receive a competitive salary of c£26,000 plus an excellent package including a 15% bonus plus company van 25 days leave etc.
