Project manager / Engineer (Construction) - Havant - £25-30k

A project manager / project engineer is required for a varied & interesting role by a small but fast growing representative of a large manufacturer.

Alongside a busy team of 10, you will manage projects from point of order to completion/handover with a contract value ranging from £2000 to £100,000 with responsibilities including Technical, Design, Programme, Procurement, Site Installation and all Financial matters.

Experience in a specialist construction / contracting organisation will be essential. Experience within the Curtain Walling/Cladding/Façade Industry will be preferable.
Must be competent on Word/Excel, with preference will be given to candidates who are able to use AutoCAD.Must be able to understand & read drawings/specifications etc.

A clean driving licence is required, the use of your own car is essential, a mileage allowance will be paid at 30p per mile for business use.
Preference will be given to candidates with TEC/HTEC/ONC/HNC in a relevant subject.
