Our process for Permanent Recruitment is a pro-active effort that entails much more than just writing a few adverts and waiting for the response. We have access to over a million CVs via numerous online databases and our own.
Once identified a candidate is given a thorough screening by one of our experienced consultants prior to submitting to you. With a good Technical Engineering experience in our team, we have the added benefit of being able to “sound-out” some candidates that may not be able to back up certain comments on their CVs.
When submitted, we provide a thorough debrief of the screening process in the form of a CV Cover sheet. This will provide all essential information along with an honest appraisal of the candidate’s abilities and personality.
Communication is paramount to the success of the recruitment process and we maintain contact with our candidates and clients at all stages of the recruitment life-cycle to keep everyone informed.
