Our process for Contract Recruitment is one that delivers a fast and effective solution. With access to over a million CVs via numerous online databases and our own ever growing database, combined with excellent industry knowledge, our consultants are on hand to rapidly respond to your contract needs.
Even though timing is of the essence here, our consultants still provide the same high level of service just as we would for permanent recruitment. This includes a full pre-screening process and checking any licences/ certificates/ etc that are needed.
When submitted, we provide a thorough debrief of the screening process in the form of a CV Cover sheet. This will provide all essential information along with an honest appraisal of the candidate’s abilities and personality.
Communication is paramount to the success of the recruitment process and we maintain contact with our candidates and clients at all stages of the recruitment life-cycle to keep everyone informed.
