Originally recruited in 2008 to work within the Waste Management division of Astute, Will quickly grasped the fundamentals of predictive maintenance (PdM) and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) and has made his mark providing an expert networked recruitment service in this specialist area. In addition, he has built a client base within small scale, packaged CHP applications supplying staff for the North Sea Offshore sector. An obsessive ‘petrol head’, Will owns several modified cars and is also a talented photographer who we have to thank for the creative Astute staff shots!
