With a background as a Power Generation Engineering Manager from the Royal Navy, serving on Nuclear Powered Submarines and Gas Turbine powered Ships, Terry worked within technical recruitment for five years before founding Astute in 2006 and growing it into a £ multi-million turnover business employing 15 staff as we enter 2011. Supported by a dedicated team of managers, Terry leads from the front, developing new client relationships and placing candidates into new careers.
